Our Trumbull Data Center will provide increased redundancy and introduce additional carriers for better international connectivity, utilizing our newly upgraded Global Crossing, L3, Verizon and AT&T connections. The server plus22 experienced a multiple drive raid array failure. We are currently addressing the situation and will work to repair and rebuild the RAID. We currently do not have any ETA for service to be restored as this may take serveral hours.
Please notice that the Ensim X control panel on hs68.order-vault.net will be upgraded to Parallels Pro version 10.3.2 on Thursday morning (9/11/08). The procedure will be started around 6:00AM EST and will likely take around 5 hours to complete. Sites hosted on the server will be accessible during the upgrade and services such as Web, FTP, and Email will continue to function, except when the site is being upgraded. However, the control panels will be inaccessible during the entire upgrade procedure. Once the upgrade has been completed, the control panel will have a different appearance due to the new Parallels Pro skin, although the functionality will remain exactly the same.
